Here at Briar & Bone, we work hard to find the most amazing treasures for you to bring into your life, and want you to be delighted with the items you choose.  If for some reason there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to remedy the issue.

In-store Return Policy:  Items purchased in our store may be returned within 30 days for refund, exchange, or store credit.  Items must be in their original packaging, and include a sales receipt.  

Online Purchases:  If, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to receive return authorization.  Please include a description of the issue, and if the item is damaged, please include photos of the damage. 

Return requests received within 30 days from the receipt date may be replaced, exchanged for other merchandise/store credit, or the original purchase amount may be refunded — minus shipping fees — to the original purchaser.

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the purchaser, unless the reason for the return is the fault of Briar & Bone, (e.g. incorrect item shipped, broken in shipping, etc.)
